Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Small-parcel shipping to the United States is temporarily on hold. Business buyers in the United States can contact us about wholesale shipments.
When your order ships
Orders ship from Toronto within 1–2 business days of payment, not counting weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. You'll get an email with tracking details when your order ships.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD, anywhere in Canada.
- For orders under $150 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they ship. Remote areas can take longer. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down a late parcel.
Wrong address or missing parcel
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can change it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
