VARIETY: This EcoEcho Red Rice variety is called, "Kurluthuda" or "bird's beak" in Sri Lanka. Heirloom Organic Rice varieties have been cultivated in Sri Lanka for over a thousand years, are unique to the land they are grown in and contain wholesome goodness only nature can deliver.
